These Terms of Service govern access to and purchases from naavo1. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies published on the store. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be limited under applicable consumer law.

We may restrict access or cancel activity reasonably believed to present such a risk.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

We take reasonable care to present product names, descriptions, images, specifications, prices, availability and material purchase conditions accurately. Screen settings may affect colours, and packaging or appearance may change because of supplier updates. Customers should review the product page, measurements, instructions, ingredients or product label, as applicable, before purchase and use.

Unless expressly stated on the product page, naavo1 is an independent retailer and is not the manufacturer or brand owner. Third-party names, trademarks and logos belong to their respective owners and are used to identify products offered for sale.

ORDERS AND CONTRACT FORMATION

An order is an offer to purchase. An automated acknowledgement confirms receipt but does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted. A binding contract is formed when we confirm acceptance or dispatch the goods.

Before acceptance, an order may be rejected, limited or cancelled because of unavailable inventory, a material pricing or description error, an invalid delivery address, payment failure, suspected fraud, legal restrictions or a technical issue. If payment has been captured for an order we cancel, the affected amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

PRICES AND PAYMENT

Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the website and at checkout. Applicable discounts, taxes, delivery charges and the final total are displayed before payment. Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate billing, contact and delivery information. Payment must be successfully authorised before fulfilment.

SHIPPING, CANCELLATION AND RETURNS

Processing times, delivery estimates, charges, tracking and international delivery information are stated in the Shipping Policy and at checkout. Cancellation, return eligibility, return costs, exclusions and refund timing are stated in the Refund Policy. These policies form part of these terms.

PROMOTIONS

Discounts and promotional offers are subject to the conditions, availability and end dates stated with the promotion. Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotions cannot be combined, exchanged for cash or applied retrospectively.

Third-party trademarks, product images and other materials remain the property of their respective owners. Subject to those protections, naavo1 is not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed, business losses arising from consumer use, or delay caused by events outside our reasonable control.

EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL

We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by an event outside our reasonable control. If such an event materially affects an order, we will contact the customer where reasonably possible and take reasonable steps to minimise the effect. Mandatory cancellation and refund rights remain unaffected.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these terms when store operations, legal requirements, payment practices, shipping arrangements or website features change. The version published when an order is accepted will apply to that purchase unless a change is required by law.

GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, you may also benefit from mandatory protections under the law of your home jurisdiction. Courts with jurisdiction under applicable law may hear any dispute.
